Wherein the company name of Found Secrets is used, it is understood to include all of its affiliates or future acquired affiliates which may or may not be named specifically in conjunction with its name within this Agreement.

These Terms and Conditions of Use (henceforth known only as the "Terms of Use") apply to the Found Secrets web site located at www.foundsecrets.com and all associated sites linked to www.foundsecrets.com by its subsidiaries and affiliates, which currently include Brother Paul's Guided Thinkin' aka Cure (Cures) For Being Sick and Tired Of It All website located at www.cureforbeingsickandtiredofitall.com and all other websites that are of may be acquired by Found Secrets around the world (collectively henceforth known as, the "Site"). The Site is the property of Found Secrets.

BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

You agree that Found Secrets will not be liable to you or to any third party for termination of your access to the Site as a result of any violation of these Terms of Use.

You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Site, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of the State of North Dakota without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state court of Mountrail County, North Dakota and federal court in Ward County, North Dakota, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue. Any claim under these Terms of Use must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such claim or cause of action is barred. No recovery may be sought or received for damages other than out-of-pocket expenses, except that the prevailing party will be entitled to costs and attorneys’ fees. (1) your ideas will automatically become the property of Found Secrets, without compensation to you, and
(2) Found Secrets can use the ideas for any purpose and in any way, even give them to others.

Found Secrets does, welcome your feedback, however, regarding all areas of our services and or products. If you want to send us your feedback, and we hope you do, we request that you send it to us at either our e-mail, or postal mailing, address which are previously listed. Please provide only specific feedback on Found Secrets existing, or announced, products or marketing strategies; do not include any ideas that Found Secrets' policy will not permit it to accept or consider, either morally, ethically, or legally.
